The R2R architecture DAC directly outputs the coded corresponding voltage or current through the principle of resistance voltage division or shunt. R2R DAC sound is more natural than DEL SIGMA DAC.
Process for customizing R2R DAC chip
Thousands of precision low temperature drift resistor networks are connected in parallel. In the later stage, the laser and PVD processes are used to adjust and match after secondary processing.
Advantages of custom R2R DAC chip
Integral and differential nonlinear error stability of plus or minus 1.2LSB. 0.018PPM temperature drift is ten thousandth of the flagship DELTA SIGMA DAC chip. The noise within 7nV root hertz is lower than many low-noise op amps.

Digital part power supply, the key to the performance of digital audio such as FPGA
Each digital part is independently powered. The digital audio signal and the power supply related to the clock and output have been subjected to secondary filtering. I2S and SPDIF output-related linear power supply for independent IO power supply, even the input and output banks are also separated.
Analog part power supply decoder, pre-stage, post-stage, separate machine architecture
The first group supplies power to the servo circuit of the DAC and DAC voltage parameter reference, similar to an independent decoder.
The second group provides power for buffering, active low-pass filtering and balanced buffering, similar to independent preamplifiers.
The third group supplies power to the amp circuit. The amp is only responsible for current expansion, which is similar to the independent rear stage, with high output and low noise floor.
Independent power supply to the analog part on the reverse side of the circuit board
Isolate outside the shield, away from noise-sensitive chips such as DAC / op amp, the wiring layout is more relaxed.
Peripheral devices give full play to the potential of sound quality
Large silk capacitors and silver-containing tantalum capacitors. Large size alloy inductor, low internal resistance, high continuous current. The copper shield effectively reduces noise interference.
Lossless EQ greatly improves playability
FPGA computing resources bring near-lossless EQ sound quality. The ten-stage EQ reaches the level of EQ machine. Friendly man-machine interface.
High performance
It is equivalent to the use of 32 pcs of PCM1704UK flagship R2R DAC chips. Under high thrust, the THD of the whole machine is less than 0.00045% 127dB.
Large thrust, multiple gains
The balanced output power of 300 ohm earphones is up to 163 mW, and the THD of 32 ohm earphones is less than 0.0005% under high thrust. The balanced output at high gain is up to 7V, and the single-ended output at low gain is only 0.9V, which is suitable for various earphones and earbuds.
Five-stage titanium case is sturdy and portable
Watch-grade materials and processing technology, high specific strength in metal, non-magnetic, stainless, biophilic.
